Waiting Time and Late Flights

All flights are monitored via radar and complimentary waiting times only begins from the moment the plane lands, regardless of any flight delays.
Our complimentary waiting time is as follows.
- 15 minutes complimentary waiting time at homes, hotels or other non-airport pickups.
- 30 minutes complimentary waiting time at Domestic Airport Terminals.
- 45 minutes complimentary waiting time at International Airport Terminals.
If you arrived over the above time frame, waiting surcharge will apply.
Cancellation and Amendment
- The notice of any cancellation and amendments must be provided in writing to our reservation.
- Any cancellations are received within two business days will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking amounts.
- The amendment will be subject to our availability
- Any amendment within 2 business days will be subject to a cancellation fee of 100% of the total booking amounts.
